As a dental hygienist focusing on my back muscles has been something very important to me! Not only does it help my back look great in a tank top, but it also strengthens those muscles which help improve posture. This will ultimately help with the longevity of my dental hygiene career. 

I like to do deadlifts, clean and press, overhead lifts, push-ups and max30 which uses my own body weight to increase back strength too.
