Results are in!
It's been a great workout during pregnancy and the nice thing is I decide the intensity! I choose how much to lift and how hard to go. I modify during abdominal workouts and had some days I missed due to my respiratory infection last month.
I stuck to my portions and modified them according to my needs during my pregnancy. I felt great knowing that I was not under eating food that were nourishing my little bun in the oven wink emoticon I was eating clean, process free, chemical free, and real whole foods. That along with my daily ShakO kept my energy abnormally high for someone going through their first trimmest of pregnancy.
It's been a great program and one of many that I will be offering during my online health and fitness challenge! The group begins March 7th we will follow a clean eating portion control plan and you choose your fitness program!
