This past week marked the end of my 21 day journey of going full force once again on my portions with a little fitness. For 2 years I have ran these groups with the portion control containers and your choice of a fitness program. After I received my desired result I went into maintenance. Meaning I was not hitting it full force and some days I went over my containers and on others I may not have had fix approved foods. So basically just living that 80/20 while maintaining and continuing to see results but still being mind-full of my portions!
.
After having baby Cash it was time to hit it hard! Well as hard as someone newly on their postpartum journey could. So I choose to follow the portion control for 21 days. I know it works because I've seen myself get my best results from it and I have helped so many others achieve their goals too with it. I was confident that I would get back on track and close to my goal by the end of those 21 days!

My postpartum health and fitness journey

I started 4 days after Cash was born with clean eating and my super food shakeO. I forgot to weigh myself day one 😞 because I am so use to not letting the scale judge my progress! So my weight right before having Cash was 149. I gained 24 pounds during pregnancy with a pre-pregnancy weight of 125. On day 4 of my 21 days I finally remembered to weigh myself and I was 133. So my guess is my start weight was somewhere around 136 on day one! But in reality all I cared about was the reflection in the mirror!
.
I was approved by the doctor to begin low impact workouts around my 3rd week of the challenge. So for almost 2 weeks of this challenge I did no exercise and only portion control, clean eating with ShakeO. I began country heat as my low impact choice and had a lot of fun with it! I am going to still continuing it until week 6 along with 1-2 days a week of weight training.
.
My end result on the scale was 127!!! That is only 2 pounds from my goal weight. However, I can see that my uterus still needs more shrinking and I still have areas to work on along with add more muscle in my mid and lower half to get back to where I was at. Once I am fully healed I plan to post once again an after.
.
It's all about progress and continuing to keep going! It took me 9 months to pack on this weight while growing little man and I know it will take over 3 weeks to get back to my original body. However, the progress this far has been motivating and the other challengers in my online accountablity group have been super supportive! Best part about coaching is showing everyone that even as a coach we have our own battles and aren't perfect! In return they support us too! Love our community of peeps that all just want better for themselves!
.
My next group is going to begin in Mid-September! Yup that soon! Would you want to keep going with me? Do you have goals you want to hit too?
Let's do it!
