Reaching your goals starts with your health!

I went digging up some old videos of me doing the cardio dance workout, Country Heat, this past summer during my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I didn't realize how much my body has already changed πŸ˜³! Ok so of course my stomach looks a lot different but I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about my area I've always had to focus on, my LEGS!!! πŸ˜¬
I had a very healthy pregnancy πŸ‘ΆπŸ» full of clean eats, exercise and superfood shakeO but I also had a few extra ice cream πŸ¦ treats too πŸ™ˆ!
The weight for me packed on a little thicker in my trouble zone... those legs! One reason I love before and after pictures is just going back to checkout my own progress πŸ€”. Fortunately I take a tons of videos to document my health and fitness journey so I can share it with others, which allows me to screen shot to really see my own transformation!
My postpartum journey was one I shared here online from the day I got home after having baby πŸ‘ΆπŸ» Cash to today! It has helped me stay accountable and I'm in hopes it helps others realize they can do it too with the right tools, hard work and dedication to their goals!
I'm now in a maintenance mode being happy where I am at and still focused on the one factor that got me here, my health πŸ’ͺ🏼! If you make health your #1 priority you will get great results! It's not about quick fad diets, cheap crappy supplements, or low calorie foods!! It's about exercise, CLEAN nutrition, and accountablity! That is what got my results and what has allowed my entire family to become the healthiest we can be!


  1. Thats a lot of work, but I couldnt get my eyes off the flat tummy probably because that's my goal. However I totally agree to your point of making health as your utmost priority.
