Killing Brain Cells One Sip At A time! 

Did you know that the blend of Aspartame and Caffeine gives off something called Exotoxins which KILLS BRAIN CELLS. This blend is what you find in DIET SODA. However, this blend will also give your brain excitement right before killing those cells. Leaving you with a false sense of enjoyment!

I know many that are diet soda addicts who drink this stuff all day long. What you will find in most food and drinks is an addictive chemical blend. This blend is something that food manufactures have put together by manipulating the chemical structure. By doing that when you ingest it, it gives the feeling that it's the most fulfilling food that you have ever had. Keeping you coming back again and again!

In turn, mostly women will also opt for the diet soda to help with weight loss. However, what most don't know is that research studies have suggested that, "artificial sweeteners contribute to weight gain"- Yale Journal Biology

The side effects over a period of use will cause carbohydrate cravings, which is why diet soda will NOT cause weight loss! Studies also show when you drink diet soda that within a couple of years you'll be more obese then when you starated.

Here is the scary thing about the FDA and the food manufactures! The bias manufactures are the ones that fund the studies for the FDA to approve NOT the non-bias FDA!! The FDA just evaluates the studies for approval to market their product.

If you looked at studies on aspertame you will find that 90% showed no side effects in their studies. However, what you don't know is that the studies were funded by by the food manufacture trying to get the product on the market and only evaluated by the FDA, NOT STUDY BY THEM.

If you looked at all the independent NON-BIAS studies out there on aspartame you will find that 90% of them DID LINK SIDE EFFECTS such as...

Cancer, seizures, headaches, depression, attention deficit disorder, dizziness, weight gain, birth defects, lupus, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis.

You need to know that food companies just want to SELL more food and they do that by adding chemicals to their products to keep you the consumer coming back for MORE!!!

Here is something that bothers me the most! You will often find artificial sweeteners in "health supplements" ! I see it all the time when people only look at calories and not ingredients! Or they go for the cheaper product over the more expensive. Valuing quantity over quality will harm you in the end!
