Postpartum Journey to Now 

Me at one month postpartum after having, cash 👶🏻 to now. I remember the day I took this photo feeling so determined to get my old body back!! You know that 80/20 I talk about, well when I was pushing for a goal I was all in each round, rarely having a 20% moment! I took those 4 week rounds and hit it hard! In between each round I allowed a cheat dinner, but when I was fighting to find myself again I was all in during during those rounds.
That doesn't mean I deprived myself of food. I was actually eating a ton of food as a nursing momma! But it was a ton of the right foods that were in the perfect balanced portions to keep me fueled, my milk supply up, and to help me get the results I wanted. I did still have "treats" but they were clean treats that were part of the eating plan. I for sure don't call those cheats! When I say cheat I mean Cheeseburger and Fries! 🍔 👀
I encourage members of the group to have their clean treats made with organic chocolate chips, peanut butter, and oats or almond flour! Crazy to think that is allowed in the eating plan, but again this is about clean eating and fueling the body with clean foods, plus balancing the right portions.
