Why I got Started
Whitney practiced full-time and after her son was born she was able to cut back to 2 days a week because of her supplement income with coaching. It wasn’t too long after that she went resigned from dental hygiene and went into full-time coaching.
Kristen practiced full-time and because of her coaching biz she was able to go part-time 3 days a week with hygiene after having carpel tunnel surgery. Then after her daughter Aria was born she cut back to 2 days due to the progression of her coaching biz, and now she is pregnant with her 2nd child and because of coaching she was able to recently resign during the COVID pandemic.
Sierra practiced full-time hygiene, and two years after her son was born she was able to cut back her hours to be home more, while working a hygiene schedule she now loves, but not losing income due to her coaching business.
Jessica also practiced full-time up until her maternity leave. She joined my coaching team during that leave and once she returned to work she was able to cut her hours back to two days a week. She is now also working toward going full-time with coaching!
I I was a full-time RDH looking for seperate streams of income that would keep me from working more hygiene hours in the office.
I never got into this to leave my professional career, it's just where this business opportunity lead me.
The flexibility of our profession allowed me to cut my hours back, and focus more on my business as an influncer (what our company likes to call a "coach"). This then lead me to resigning and going all in with what was once only seen as a side hustle. Two years after that we resigned my husband from his teaching career and this is now all we do!

However, my dental ladies have a connection with me that goes past our love for health and fitness, but to the core of our professional career as dental providers. That connection makes teaching the influncer business a lot of fun!
