I’m looking for a few more guys to join me in the BAD DAD Bootcamp.. and commit to doing something good for themselves. No excuses, no BS… Just 4-5 workouts a week, and an easy to follow nutrition plan.


You’ll have a great support system and accountability to learn how to make being healthy a sustainable lifestyle.
