DCT-T Workouts!!

I'm following the calendar and within 3 of those 5 days the program follows the DCT-T.

So, what is DCT-T ...

๐——๐—˜๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฌ ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—”๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š builds strength and stamina by amplifying training intensity, requiring you to perform 5 exercises for as many rounds as you can fit in before the clock expires. Typically you have 5 moves with 10-12 reps to cycle through in 12 minutes.

๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ก๐—š๐—ง๐—› ๐—–๐—ข๐— ๐—ฃ๐—Ÿ๐—˜๐—ซ๐—˜๐—ฆ shift muscle building into overdrive by increasing time under tension. By not allowing you to put down your weights or let go of your resistance bands until youโ€™ve completed every rep of every exercise, increasing your endurance, strength gains, and calorie burn.

๐—ง๐—”๐—•๐—”๐—ง๐—”-๐—œ๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—— ๐—œ๐—ก๐—ง๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฉ๐—”๐—Ÿ ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—”๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š helps incinerate calories and increases exercise capacity by challenging your speed, strength, and staying power with short bursts of cardio intensity followed by short breaks.
