I had to share some very unique core moves that will have your abs on fire!!! Yesterday I did one of my favorite lifting workouts along with pull-ups, and some interval training (see my story)! However, when it comes to unique movements that are challenging my body in a different way that's where Barre has stepped it up!!! It's low impact, high energy moves will still pack a punch! I'll admit it's out of my comfort zone to be doing such graceful moves (non-yogi 🧘🏻♀️over here), but that's what fitness is all about! Getting outside of your comfort zone so your body can transform!!! Doing the combo of these two programs with a more intense, heavy lifting, sports conditioning cardio and then Barre with low impact, light weights, and small movements creating that high calorie burn zone... as been so fun!!! It's like I get the best of both world's! I can stick to my roots with high intensity fitness, and challenge my comfort zone with graceful low impact fitness!
