Stop focusing on the scale! Because When ๐™ˆ๐™๐™Ž๐˜พ๐™‡๐™€ ๐˜ฝ๐™๐™๐™‰๐™Ž ๐™๐˜ผ๐™ the scale is often your biggest ๐™๐˜ผ๐™†๐™€ ๐™‰๐™€๐™’๐™Ž, and we got too much of that going around these days!

My girl Samantha lost ๐™Š๐™‰๐™€ ๐™‹๐™Š๐™๐™‰๐˜ฟ, but look at this transformation picture!!! In 21 days she followed our newest fitness program and she buckled down on her nutrition! She followed my all time favorite eating plan as her guide and she stuck it out those 3 weeks eating 90% on point!

๐——๐—ถ๐—ฑ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—บ๐—ฒ, ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜.... ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜! It's not about perfection! You can still get results like Samantha's yet still have a treat!! It's what she did MOST OF THE TIME that made all the difference.

So what's with the ONE POUND!? Well let me explain... when you lose body fat, but gain muscle the scale can't recognize the difference. It only gives you a number, but when you take pictures and measurements it shows the true physical transformation! Fat takes up more space pound per pound when it compares to muscle (see comments for example)

I've shared Samantha's transformation before (see comments for full transformation) and she has came a long way in her 15 month journey with us!! What you see is now her getting into leaning out and maintaining. It's not been an overnight transformation for her and she has put in months of consistent effort in order to reach her goals!
