Why should you take supplements?

This is what my face looked like over five years ago when someone mentioned 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. I could of fancied up the picture with a pretty glass (which I often use) or make you guys a tasty looking dessert with my nutritional powder (which I will be later... stay tuned 😉 ), but today I choose to get raw with you! ⁣

I'll be honest, I had NO value for 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 before I got into nutrition, even when my husband and mom would tell me how much I really needed to add in supplementation. Of course I would just roll my eyes 🙄 and inform them my diet was on point and adding in vitamin, minerals, superfoods, or whatever, was just not a must for me! ⁣

I also seen the cheap crap Chris was taking at the time from Walmart and I wouldn't touch that chemical filled garbage with a 10 foot pole! With a list of artificial ingredients, sucralose, soy, and a bunch of unrecognizable words, I just was not interested! It's hard to believe how many don't read the labels to a supplement they are using to be 𝙷𝙴𝙰𝙻𝚃𝙷𝚈.⁣

Once I started to really educate myself about nutrition, I realized I needed to be using something! I learned that even the cleanest most nourishing diet will never give you enough nutrients for your body to fully function to it's full potential. Actually it could be the leading cause why some are lacking energy and often feel overly fatigue all the time. ⁣

At the end of the day you can do your workout, eat clean, and try your best, but if you are not 𝚂𝚄𝙿𝙿𝙻𝙴𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶 you are missing an element that can potentially help increase the longevity of your life. ⁣

Living a long healthy life takes many moving parts and to me this is the easiest one you can do, but so many are like the old me and just don't find the value in using good 𝘾𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. I'm not talking about cheap protein, but a good clean fuel source that works in many areas of your health, from improving your digestion, boosting your immune system, increasing muscle growth, improving skin/hair/nails, and even aiding in increasing your bodies absorption to nutrients. ⁣
